First Aid and Manual Handling Training
Emergency Life Support (Adults)
This 3 hour certificated course run by St John Ambulance is suitable for voluntary and community groups, as well as members of the public. The course deals with serious conditions and incidents and will train you in emergency life support, including CPR.
Cost
The course costs £12.50 (normal price £25.00)
Add a First Aid Kit for just £7.50 (normal price £10.00)

Emergency First Aid at Work (HSE approved course)
North Norfolk District Council in conjunction with St John Ambulance runs Emergency First Aid at Work courses at the Council Offices, Holt Road, Cromer. The cost of the 6 hour course is £70.00 per person. On completion of the course, candidates will receive a certificate, which is valid for 3 years.
This course is ideal for smaller workplaces that present few health and safety risks.
Who should attend?
Nominated emergency first aiders or anyone wanting a comprehensive one day first aid course.
What you will learn?
Basic life saving first aid and workplace health and safety regulations.

- Managing an incident
- The priorities of first aid
- Treatment of an unconscious casualty
- Resuscitation
- Shock
- Choking
- Seizures
- Bleeding
- Common workplace injuries.
