Fadlos presents…
Fakenham and District Light Operatic Society (Fadlos) are putting on a show called Showbiz 2010, a compilation show including many songs from modern and traditional shows, such as Wicked, We will Rock you, Sweet Charity, Never Forget, Jykell and Hyde and many many more. The show opens Tuesday May 11th - Saturday May 15th starting 7.30pm at Fakenham Community Centre.   • The Key in the Sea
    16 & 17 February 2.30pm age 3+
    A playful tale of love, monsters and adventures on the high seas! Princess Brunhilde runs away from home, fed up with being ignored by her royal parents and spends the night in an old tower by the sea, unaware that a greedy sea monster would like to have her as a snack!
    Knut, a courageous fisherman who lives on an island, finds a bottle containing Brunhilde’s cry for help. Performed with puppets made from natural materials...there’ll be live music and lots of joining in.
  • Old Mother Hubbard
    19 & 20 February 2.30pm age 2+
    A dotty old woman takes you on a nursery rhyme journey as she clatters about in her kitchen and her dancing dog sniffs out trouble in the most unlikely places.
    Garlic Theatre delight with a spicy blend of slapstick and folk humour in this fresh and funny adaptation, with
    Well-crafted glove puppets, clowning and a feast of musical treats.
  • Red Riding Hood’s Magic Purse
    21 February 2.30pm age 3+
    Join an adventurous Red Riding Hood, an independent Granny (home at last from her trip round the world) and of course, the wonderful Wicked Wolf. Find out how Red Riding Hood’s magic purse saves the day in this delightful show.
    Rod-glove puppets and shadow theatre combined with original music bring this fabulous story to life.
  • The Vertigo of Sheep
    6 March 7.30pm age 12+ Tickets: £10 & £8 (concessions)
    A well-meaning but unreliable clown attempts to explain the Book of Genesis.
    Were Adam and Eve set up to fail? Did Abraham truly intend to sacrifice his son?
    Why did Lot's wife really turn into a pillar of salt?
    Through household objects, puppets, physical theatre and live music, Thingumajig Theatre creates a world
    In which profane objects are sacred and the sacred is hilarious.
  • Jack Pratchard
    13 March 2.30pm age 12+ Tickets: £7 adult £5 child £5.50 con £20 family £3 Go4less child
    He has been waiting a long time to tell his story and now he is ready.
    For close to thirteen years he has been hiding himself away in his shed: building,
    writing, painting and practising the telling of his story. He hopes it is good.
    He hopes it is not too late...and so...he steps out of the darkness.....
    Shows for the Spring Season at Norwich Puppet Theatre are all at 2.30pm except for The Vertigo of Sheep, one of the two performances for adults, which is at 7.30pm.
    Tickets for all shows cost:
