Agenda and Minutes

Agenda for Parish Council meetings are published the week before. The next meeting will be on Tuesday 13 April, in the Jubilee Hall, Banningham - commencing at 7.30p.m. with the customary 10 minutes' public speaking time. . Refreshments will be available from 7.15p.m. Police representatives, District and County Councillors are invited to all our meetings.

The Annual Parish Meeting is the statutory meeting of electors, and takes the format of reports from the various organisations on which the Parish Council is represented, plus a report from Colby School, the Clerk, and ending with the Chairman's Report of the past year. The Council also arranges a speaker or speakers on topical items - in 2009 representatives from "Wild About Colby" (WAC for short) talked about their group and its plans. The 2010 Meeting was held on Tuesday 9 March 2010 - draft minutes will be available shortly.
