What are National Non-Domestic Rates?
National Non Domestic Rates (NNDR), otherwise known as Business Rates, are a tax on properties which are not used for domestic purposes, like shops, factories, offices, beach huts and moorings.

How are National Non-Domestic Rates Calculated?
Each non-domestic premises has a rateable value. This is not set by North Norfolk District Council but by the Valuation Office Agency. Ratings and valuation are explained here.

Small Business Rate Relief
