The Council advertises contracts currently being tendered in accordance with our Contract Procedure Rules. For contracts over £50,000 this will normally include an advert in the local paper (ie Eastern Daily Press), a relevant trade journal, the Council's website and the Contracts Finder website portal.

Where contracts exceed the European tender limits, the Council is required to advertise the opportunity in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).

Expressions of interest

Tender for Holt Road Cromer Office, reception area remodelling and fit out works.

The Council wishes to refurbish the existing front entrance reception area during the 6 week summer holiday period (between the end of July and the start of September this year) and is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified Principal Contractors to deliver a full turn key project on a Design and Build basis.

Tender for car park resurfacing and lining work

The Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors to undertake car park resurfacing, relining and associated minor repair works in Mundesley, Holt and Stalham.

This is a two stage tender process and is subject to the Council’s procurement procedures and standing orders. Suppliers wishing to participate in this tendering exercise will be required to complete a Pre Qualification questionnaire. Successful applicants will then be issued with tender documents.

Subject to successful procurement the works will commence end September, early October.

The form of contract will be JCT Measured works 2011.
