Benefits Help and Advice team

people campaigning for benefit North Norfolk District Council has a group of advisors called the Benefits Help and Advice Team. They are available, by appointment, for general help and advice on Housing and Council Tax benefits. They may also be able to advise you about any other benefits which you may be entitled to.

If you have difficulties visiting our offices the Benefits Help and Advice team may be able to help you, either over the phone or through an arranged home visit. 

Some of the benefits that they can offer advice to you on are:

  • Housing and Council Tax benefit
  • Council Tax discounts and exemptions
  • Income Support
  • Jobseekers Allowance
  • Incapacity Benefit/Employment Support Allowance
  • Pension Credit
  • Disability Living Allowance
  • Attendance Allowance
