The North Norfolk Exhibition Project at Cley Church

The Flight of the Spoonbill is the title of this year's CLEY 13, one of the eastern region’s most prestigious arts events.
Based in St Margaret’s Church, CLEY 13 is a free site-specific exhibition of contemporary art at venues in and around the village and coastline of Cley-next-the-Sea in North Norfolk.

New work created by some 65 artists with a Norfolk connection for CLEY 13 will range from underwater photography and grand-scale outdoor sculpture to printmaking, painting and an indoor hanging garden created by young people.

In addition to the exhibits, workshops and evening events have been programmed including a dawn Sound Walk that will set off at 4.00am culminating with breakfast at 5.30am on Thursday 18 July.

The 2013 curator is Ian Starsmore and his ecological theme is The Flight of the Spoonbill.
The exhibition will be open daily 10.30am – 5pm from Thursday 4 July to Sunday 4 August
