Dealing with Access Problems

If you have problems with access, we have a few simple steps for you to follow. These may help to solve your problem, however if they do not you can always approach the ANNA. Group for advice. The steps we advise are as follows:

First write to the person or company concerned, setting out the problem that you have with access to their premises. Always keep a copy of any letters that you write for future reference.

Wait for their reply, which could take some time with larger organisations. Your next move will depend upon the response you receive. If it is negative or you receive no reply at all, then we suggest that you come to the Access Group for further assistance. If however you get a positive reply and the work is carried out enabling you to gain access to the place in question, then you have succeeded in your Task.

Having unfortunately got no reply or a negative response to your letter, we suggest that you contact ANNA. sending copies of all correspondence relating to the problem. We will then look into it on your behalf, writing to all the relevant people.
