Welcome to the ANNA (Access North Norfolk Action) website
ANNA's fundamental aim is to help businesses, the countryside and places of interest to become access friendly. We do this by offering an Access Audit, where we (members of ANNA) visit the site and produce a report outlining changes that need to be made. ANNA provide advice based on their knowledge and experience with the assistance of various disabled people and taking into account their views. In addition ANNA recommend structural alterations where appropriate to the requirements of government guidelines and the countryside access guide.
In addition ANNA advise disabled people who feel that they are being discriminated against because of a disability. We take them through the process of complaining and if necessary back them up with a letter supporting their claims.
